Comprehensive Report on Heinous Crimes Committed in Tigray

Targeted Areas: Seharti Samre District, Addis-Alem Sub-District, South Eastern Tigray Zone, North-West Tigray Zone, and Central Tigray Zone

Introduction


The ongoing atrocities in Tigray, particularly in Seharti Samre District and Addis-Alem Sub-District, constitute grave violations of international law and human rights. These crimes, orchestrated and executed by elements of the failed Debretsion Gebremichael-led TPLF splinter
faction and their militias, have resulted in massacres, mass arrests, torture, and widespread human suffering.


The international community, including the International Criminal Court (ICC) and global human rights organizations, is closely monitoring these developments. While those responsible may
feel untouchable today, justice is inevitable. The people of Tigray will not remain silent in the face of tyranny, and those involved in these crimes will be held accountable under international
law.
Individuals Under Scrutiny for War Crimes and Human Rights Violations
Political and Military Figures. The following individuals are directly implicated in crimes against humanity, violations of the
Pretoria Peace Agreement, and the systematic oppression of the Tigrayan people:


Debretsion Gebremichael (Leader of the TPLF splinter faction)

Gebremichael-led TPLF faction rather than upholding the national interests of the Tigrayan people.

These individuals must be brought before regional and international human rights organizations
to face justice for their crimes. Their participation in massacres, forced disappearances, and
systematic repression is well documented, and they will be held accountable under national and international law.
Legal Consequences for Perpetrators
The ICC, the United Nations, and global human rights organizations are tracking the chain of command and decision-making processes behind these crimes. The following consequences await those directly responsible:


Legal Accountability – Arrest warrants, international tribunal proceedings, and war crimes charges will be pursued against all identified perpetrators.


Asset Freezing & Sanctions – Immediate freezing of financial assets, travel bans, and international sanctions.
Extradition & Prosecution – Efforts will be made to ensure perpetrators are brought to justice in international courts.
Historical Condemnation – Those who betray the people of Tigray will be recorded in history as criminals and traitors.

The Betrayal of Tigray: TPLF’s Splinter Faction and Its Collaboration with the Eritrean Regime


The failed Debretsion Gebremichael-led TPLF splinter faction, alongside its rogue militias, is driving the people of Tigray towards another devastating war in collaboration with the Eritrean
regime. This treacherous act represents one of the greatest betrayals in modern history, with profound consequences for Tigray’s future.

Collaboration with Eritrean Forces – Evidence suggests ongoing coordination between the TPLF splinter group and Eritrean intelligence, leading to further destabilization and suffering in
Tigray, The entire Horn of Africa’s
Persecution of TDF Members – Former and current members of the Tigray Defense Forces (TDF) opposing another war have been systematically targeted, killed, and imprisoned by the TPLF splinter group’s militias.


Silencing of Dissent – Journalists, activists, and community leaders speaking out against these crimes have been detained or disappeared.

Naming and shaming perpetrators through global awareness campaigns.
Urging victims and witnesses to come forward with testimonies to strengthen legal proceedings.
