Tigray Interim Regional Administration (TIRA) President Getachew Reda suspends three leaders of the security from their posts. The reason for the suspension of the leaders is reportedly due to their “interference in political party affairs” and “efforts to topple the interim administration”.
John Medid, Masho Beyene, and Migebey are suspended and their command is now illegitimate. Any military maneuver they may undertake or facilitate are criminal acts and will be construed as banditry. This decision underscores the commitment to upholding the rule of law.
