On 25 July 2025, the media outlet Dedebit Media affiliated with the politically bankrupt and destabilizing faction known as the TPLF “Above-the-Core” network aired a broadcast featuring a faceless speaker whose voice was used to incite violence, spread false propaganda, and issue blackmailing threats against the reformist leadership in Tigray.
This message is believed to be part of a coordinated campaign to destabilize the fragile peace, undermine the Tigray Interim Government, and obstruct vital democratic reforms currently underway.
We are requesting your cooperation in helping to identify the speaker’s voice through available AI-supported voice recognition tools, expert analysis, or any secure method you may have access to.
