Close Connections and Conflicts of Interest:
The TPLF leadership’s close connections with family members, special interest groups, and business criminal syndicates have exacerbated the risks of bribery and corruption. These relationships often lead to decisions that prioritize personal or group interests over the public good.
Impact on Decision-Making:
Nepotism and cronyism have clouded the judgment of TPLF leaders, resulting in poor governance and bad decisions. The prioritization of personal loyalty over competence has undermined effective policy implementation and accountability, leading to a loss of public trust and governmental inefficiency.
2. Lack of Clear Policy and Strategic Leadership
Absence of Vision and Direction:
