The National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) has decided to send 5 billion cash to Tigray, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s Security Advisor Redwan Hussein said.
Commercial Bank is also expected to resume services from Monday.
Ethiopian Airlines has also increased its daily flights to Mekelle from three to five from today, Redwan Hussein added.
After the Pretoria peace agrement Members of the Federal Government & Tigray People’s Liberation Front/TPLF/ Negotiations Committee met today for the first time with Abiy Ahmed Ali, in Halala Kela (Dawuro Zone) & discussed on the peace process yesterday for the first time face to face.
